SPARC's Middle School Theater Camp

For Rising Fifth through Eighth graders

It's showtime at BRAVO! SPARC's full day middle school camp for performing arts offers fabulous arts training with some of Richmond's leading professional artists, several performance opportunities for each young actor, and fun daily activities that form friendships for life!

BravoAt BRAVO, there is never a dull moment! All students will begin rehearsing for a main stage show that has several performances scheduled at the end of the camp. Opening night will be Wednesday July 14. Location TBA . Mark your calendars!

BRAVO! 2010 Extended Day Information
Morning Session: 8:15 am - 9:00 am - $60.00
Afternoon Session: 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm - $125.00
Both Sessions: $185.00

You must pay for the entire session. You may not pay on a daily basis, and all payment for extended day must be received in advance. You may include the payment for extended day in your registration check (Please note in the memo section "Reg. & Extended Day"). One or two adults will be present at all times with any BRAVO student who takes extended day.

Activities during extended day may include: art projects, theatre games, designing the set or costumes for the final show, rehearsing talent show material, watching fun films about performance, reading, drawing, writing, and more. We encourage students to bring snacks, water or drinks of their own, as there are no vending machines at this site.

SPECIAL BONUS!

  • Each performer will receive a BRAVO! t-shirt for the camp which is often used as the main costume piece in the show.
  • Each year we bring in a professional photographer to do 8x10 headshots of your young performer that he/she can take home at the end of camp.
